Facilitation Training

We offer anti-oppressive facilitation skills training to organisations and groups.

The type of facilitation covered includes facilitating meetings within your own organisation, group facilitation as part of your service delivery, and facilitation for radical organising.

A facilitator is someone who supports and guides a group of people to aid them in meeting the goals the group has set for themselves.

Anti-oppressive facilitation is a really important part of working in the social justice sector as, when done correctly, it can enable all participants to collaborate together as equals, to create the best possible solutions for all.
