The purpose of this role is to lead on NEON’s coaching and support for individuals and movement organisations and groups by: 1. Leading on Neon’s coaching work, working with people across movements to support them to find clarity, navigate challenges and make positive changes in their work and approach. 2. Supporting organisations to become more strategic and resilient, through helping people identify pathways forward and implement change. 3. Working collaboratively with the wider Movement Building Hub to understand the needs of the movement and NEON’s role in responding to that need.

Location

Hybrid working. Our flexible working policy requires everyone to be in our east London office for 25% of the time as a minimum because building in-person relationships is important to us (that could be one week a month, or a day or two a week), but you’re welcome to be there more as many staff are.

Salary

£47,839pa (pro rata for part time)

Temporary contract until October 2024

Hours

3 to 4 days a week - for NEON full time is 4 days or 28 hours, this role is between 0.75 - 1 FTE, flexible to the candidate. Hours are generally flexible, with some core meetings that everyone has to be at.
